Attempting to /place ancient city, fortress or stronghold in an invalid location warns "That position is not loaded".

To reproduce

Execute /place structure ancient_city in an invalid location, or in another dimension.

Expected result

Attempting to /place ancient city, fortress or stronghold in an invalid location should warn "Failed to place structure" like other structures.
