The Bug:

Baby goats spawned with spawn eggs never spawn with horns.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Obtain a goat spawn egg and summon a goat.
• Right-click on the goat whilst holding a goat spawn egg and summon multiple baby goats.
• Check if any of the baby goats have horns.
• Take note as to whether or not baby goats spawned with spawn eggs never spawn with horns.

Observed Behavior:

Baby goats spawned with spawn eggs never spawn with horns.

Expected Behavior:

Baby goats will sometimes spawn with horns and sometimes not, just like adult goats.
