Sculk sensor doesn't detect goat horn playing

      The goat horn doesn't trigger the sculk sensor, which is what Bedrock Edition currently does, but not on Java yet.

      How to Reproduce

      1. Place a sculk sensor
      2. Grab and play the goat horn
        --> Sculk sensor ignores the horn sounds.
