Similarly to MC-249712, the game crashes within seconds after naturally-spawned allays are loaded in. This happens regardless of if the location is teleported to or travelled to without commands. The world is unable to be accessed again afterwards. Crash reports say it's due to entity tick for the allay.
In another world created using the same seed, I spawned multiple allays at the world spawn and another crash occurred, this time the crash report says it was due to ticking the movement of a nearby bee.
The seed I used is -5340503091180367890. The nearest naturally-spawned allays I could find are at a pillager outpost located at X: -432 Z: -2,208.
