      The Bug:

Frogs can occasionally get stuck on the edges of blocks underwater.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Summon a small area of water by running the commands provided below.
        /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~15 ~2 ~15 minecraft:glass
        /fill ~2 ~ ~2 ~14 ~2 ~14 minecraft:water
      2. Summon multiple frogs within the water.
      3. Watch their behavior closely as they attempt to emerge from the water.
      4. Take note as to whether or not frogs can occasionally get stuck on the edges of blocks underwater.

      Observed Behavior:

Frogs can occasionally get stuck on the edges of blocks underwater. They sometimes remain facing walls for excessive periods of time as a result of this. Also, during this time, they appear to rapidly switch between their idle and swimming animations.

      Expected Behavior:

Frogs would not get stuck on the edges of blocks underwater.
