Newly generated Nether/End chunks show "Blending: New" on the F3 screen despite not having chunk blending

      The bug

      Chunk blending does not work with Nether/End chunks (MC-243089), but the F3 screen still shows "Blending: New" for new chunks, which is misleading because the blending only works in the overworld.
