What I expected to happen was...:
The launcher should start correctly as well as its download. Downloading a single file shouldn't be a problem for any type of computer.

What actually happened was...:
The louncher doesn't start, and immediately when you click on the game, it takes you to the micrsoft store and asks to install some kind of game app, which there is no way to download. When trying to install again, this error message simply appears. Help please or a solution.
