The compact status effect texture you get when your gui size is too large, or when your recipe book is open has a misplaced pixel in the top right corner.

The top right corner should look the same as the bottom left corner, as with the longer status effect card.

The texture is located at textures/gui/container/inventory.png and the misplaced pixel at coordinate (29, 198)
