The bug

Muddy mangrove roots are far away from mud in the Building Blocks tab. This is inconsistent with rooted dirt, which is positioned close to dirt (MC-213769).

How to reproduce

1. Open the Creative inventory
2. Be in the Building Blocks tab
3. Locate dirt
4. Locate rooted dirt
5. Locate mud
6. Locate muddy mangrove roots

Expected results

Rooted dirt would be close to dirt and muddy mangrove roots would be close to mud.

Actual results

Rooted dirt is close to dirt but muddy mangrove roots are quite far from mud.
