Allay doesn't ignore items when mobGriefing is set to false

      In 22w13a, Allays were able to pick up items for me just fine. However, I had gone over to 22w14a when it released, but now the allay can't pick up items. I have a video to show what I'm talking about. You can find it at https://youtu.be/PZKwsN5AHJg

      In the description, I mentioned that all the mods and stuff I used in my older reports were causing a bunch of lag and other issues, so I completely removed all files for Java Edition from my computer and reinstalled it all, so I'm using only the base files.
