The Bug:

Since leaves and mangrove roots are similar blocks, I'd expect similar behavior for how they're both able to support blocks and this isn't currently the case.

Here's a list of all affected blocks. Please note that this list may be incomplete.

• Redstone and redstone components.
• Amethyst crystals.
• Pointed dripstones.
• Ladders.
• Torches.
• Levers.
• Rails.
• Tripwire hooks.
• Buttons.
• Coral and coral fans.
• Pressure plates.
• Scaffolding.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Attempt to attach any of the affected blocks as listed above to mangrove roots.
• Take note as to whether or not some blocks that cannot be supported by leaves can be supported by mangrove roots.

Observed Behavior:

Some blocks can be supported by mangrove roots.

Expected Behavior:

All blocks that cannot be supported by leaves would not be able to be supported by mangrove roots.
