The Bug:

Glow item frames don't properly glow in the dark.

When an item is placed within a glow item frame and the darkness pulsing effect occurs, only the contents of the glow item frame glow in the dark, and not the actual glow item frame itself.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Ensure that the "Darkness Pulsing" effect is set to "100%" in your accessibility settings.
• Place down a glow item frame and any item within it.
• Give yourself the darkness effect.

• /effect give @s minecraft:darkness 999999 0 true
  

• Watch the glow item frame closely as the darkness pulsing effect occurs.
• Take note as to whether or not glow item frames properly glow in the dark.

Observed Behavior:

Only the contents within the glow item frame glow in the dark, and not the actual glow item frame itself.

Expected Behavior:

Both the contents of the glow item frame and the glow item frame itself would glow in the dark.
