Spawnegg {Passenger} tag doesn't work at all

      I want to create a Spider Jockey from spawn eggs by its {Entitytag:{...}}

      but the tag {Passenger:[

      {id:"minecraft:skeleton"}

      ]}doesn't work,it just spawn a spider without skeleton on it.
