The Bug:

Z-fighting can be seen throughout several areas of charged creepers' armor.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Summon a charged creeper.

• /summon minecraft:creeper ~ ~2 ~ {NoAI:1b,powered:1b}

• Watch its charged armor closely.
• Take note as to whether or not z-fighting can be seen throughout several areas of charged creepers' armor.

Observed Behavior:

Z-fighting is present.

Expected Behavior:

Z-fighting would not be present.
