The sun, moon, stars, and sunset glow are visible while the player has the Darkness effect. I would think the Darkness fog would block these out just as Blindness fog has since the fix of MC-230905 in 22w03a.

Relates to MC-152504 and MC-152382. I would also appreciate any statement on whether the visibility of sky effects when below the height limit is intended, as that was unaddressed with the fix of MC-230905.
