      The bug

Bamboo is randomly offset on its base block as to appear more natural. This offset, however, is not aligned to the pixel grid, resulting in the pixels of underlying blocks only being partially covered.

      How to reproduce

      1. Place bamboo of a growth state higher than a shoot
      2. Look at the way it attaches to the block below it very, very closely

      Expected results

The edges of the bamboo cuboid would be aligned to the pixels of the block below.

      Actual results

      It is not.

      Further notes

This also appears to affect the block's outline box.
