The bug:
Bees attempt to polinate a waterlogged mangrove propagule, which causes them to take damage. It doesn't happen every time, but it will eventually kill the bee. It is especially dangerous when there are multiple bees pushing each other.
Expected result:
Since water is deadly to bees, they should ignore the waterlogged mangrove propagule.
Actual result:
Bee pollinates the propagule and takes damage.
