The Bug:

Frogs with the glowing effect sometimes show black dots.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a frog with the glowing effect by using the command provided.

   /summon minecraft:frog ~ ~1 ~ {NoAI:1b,Glowing:1b}

2. Look around the back of the frog and constantly move your camera around slowly.
3. Take note as to whether or not frogs with the glowing effect sometimes show black dots.

Observed Behavior:

Black dots are sometimes visible.

Expected Behavior:

No black dots would be visible.
