Quite large bit of land generating with river biome

      The bug

      While exploring on the latest snapshot I found a large patch of land with cyan-ish grass and no tall grass. I found out that the biome was set to river.

      How to reproduce

      1. Generate a world in 22w11a with the seed -1402115029054436671
      2. Run 
        /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 715.26 80.17 1217.32 -292.35 35.55
      3. Open the F3 menu
      4. In front of you should be a large zone of grass with the minecraft:river biome
