      The Bug:

      Strongholds can generate floating in superflat worlds.

      Here is an example:

      Version: 1.19.3
      World Type: Superflat
Seed: -8027277493359506006
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s -265.88 36.65 -1683.22 -233.55 32.25

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Generate a world with the world type and seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
      2. Look closely at the generation of the stronghold.
      3. Take note as to whether or not strongholds can generate floating in superflat worlds.

      Observed Behavior:

      Strongholds can generate floating.

      Expected Behavior:

      Strongholds would not generate altogether or would not generate floating.
