Please excuse my poor english.
How to reproduce:
1. As follows
2. Use the debug stick to modify the repeater so that it is not locked (Can also be achieved with \clone, but not with \setblock)
3. Pull the lever to activate the hopper
Now get a repeater with the wrong "locked" label, it's locked, but it's showing as unlocked. Also, placing blocks around this repeater will not restore the repeater to normal.
This bug is an extension of MC-70127, because when the hopper is activated, its "enabled" tag is displayed abnormally. But whether the hopper is "enabled" or not, its appearance will not be a problem, and the repeater will face such an embarrassing situation.
Right-clicking on the repeater will restore it to normal, and shift+right-clicking will also do the trick, which won't change the repeater's delay. Because this method can make the wrong hopper back to normal.
Hoppers can also be replaced with droppers, dispensers, as they also have this bug. Other components will not have this problem, like replacing the hopper with a fence gate, the repeater will also display normally.
