You said, there is not enough info about my problem, so i'll tell you everything i know as long as possible. and before i start it, sorry for my bad english. i hope you understand what i'm saying.

      I play Minecraft Java Edition.

I guess this problem occurred after I change the launcher. Maybe 2-3 months ago, the old launcher suggested me to change the launcher to new one, I remember. So I changed it, and this problem started to occur. The problem is, Everytime i double-clicked the new launcher, it opens, but as soon as it opens, it closes itself. This is what happened. Some kind of "Immediate Crash" i would say. But there was no error sign. it just closed. (I want to give you some kind of error code or something. But I don't have. Of course, I check as you told me, "minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt.", but there is no such folder. Even there is no crash reports txt file.) So i had to reset my pc, and try again, sometimes it works well, and sometime it doesn't.

And, if the launcher doesn't close itself, the laucher window shows me just a nothing but only-gray color. I attach the "gray issue" screenshot file, fyi.

This keep happens. So I installed Xbox application on my pc, and with Xbox app I deleted and installed Minecraft again, this problem is not solved.

This is everything i know. Plz give an advice. I really want to play the game, but I can't.

      Thank you.

P.S. And the "gray issue" keeps happening now. Reseting does nothing now. I just CANNOT PLAY.
