The Bug:

Potion UIs displayed within the inventory don't have cyan outlines if the effects are granted by beacons or conduits.

For context, in the HUD, potion effects that are granted by beacons or conduits have a cyan outlining, and any effects that aren't obtained this way have a gray outlining. The use of cyan outlining gives the player a visual indication that their potion effects are sourced from beacons or conduits, however, potion UIs displayed within the inventory always have gray outlines and do not follow this concept, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Construct a beacon and use it to grant nearby players with any potion effect.
2. In the HUD, look towards the upper right corner of your screen, and take note of how the effect that the beacon is granting you with has a cyan outlining.
3. Open your inventory and look at the potion UI.
4. Take note as to whether or not potion UIs displayed within the inventory have cyan outlines if the effects are granted by beacons or conduits.

Observed Behavior:

Potion UIs displayed within the inventory don't have cyan outlines if the effects are granted by beacons or conduits.

Expected Behavior:

Potion UIs displayed within the inventory would have cyan outlines if the effects are granted by beacons or conduits.
