The Shulker Boxes don't drop as items when I broke them

What I expected to happen was...:
The Shulker Boxes drop as items

What actually happened was...:
The Shulker Boxes disappeared without anything

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a Shulker Box on Survival Mode(In the world with low FPS)
2. Put some items in the Shulker Box
3. Broke it with a Netherite Pickaxe

(This problem is only in my Survival world with very 30 FPS and 19 TPS.When I created a new world and try to reproduce this,the Shulker box can drop as item normally.)
