When in a moderately loaded world, and looking towards the world spawn(exact location), game freezes momentarily and grapics remain frozen. Sounds imply that the game is still running(sounds of entities, breaking blocks, movement and menu click) but remains visually frozen, until the game is restarted.

      Steps to reproduce

Not completely sure, but something like this:

      1. Be in a normal world with moderate amounts of load. Significant amounts of entities, redstone etc. but not nearly enough to cause performance problems.
      2. Be within ~20 blocks from worldspawn, looking in its approximate direction.
      3. Grafical errors begin to occur at the edges of the blocks that you are looking at.
      4. Shortly after game freezes completely for a few seconds.
      5. After the freeze, grapics remain completely unresponsive, but you can still move around, break blocks, enter and use menus and even save and exit to main menu based on sounds.

Thiss happens in multiple worlds, both ones converted from older versions and ones made in 1.18.1.

As the game does'n actually crash I've attached some crash reports from debug crashes initiated shortly after the freeze.
