Ghasts not recognised by other mobs

      No mobs show hostility against ghasts.

      1. The Wither who goes after all living mobs doesn't recognise them. 
      2. The vindicators named Johnny don't chase them.
      3. The iron golems don't find the ghast as a hostile mob.
      4. Zoglins that are so aggressive that they attack inanimate objects don't recognise the existence of ghasts.
