The Bug
When activated, the narrator will prompt the user to navigate using mouse and keyboard* if you pause the game using [ESC] + [F3], which doesn't even bring up any GUI to interact with.
Reproduce
- Turn the narrator on
- Press F3 + ESC
Observed Result
The narrator said "Use mouse cursor or Tab button to select element"
Expected Result
The narrator wouldn't say "Use mouse cursor or Tab button to select element"
