Villager textures are mapped differently than zombie villager textures. Since all of the professions have identical textures for both the villagers and zombie villagers, they were probably copied from one folder to another. During the process there were a few pixels that were unintentionally left behind. This causes black bars to appear on the zombie villager's arms.
