When I try to open a link in chat, or click on "open pack folder" in the resource pack selection screen, nothing happens. I always get around this issue by copying the url of the link that has been sent in chat so I can put it in chrome manually, but this is very time consuming and extremely annoying. But this is not the fault of chrome, because the resoure pack folder also doesn't open. I have had this bug for a long time, and have never found a way to fix it.
