When I use /setblock to place a sapling on a block that is not a dirt block (such as stone, wood, etc.), it still grows, and it replaces the block with a dirt block when the sapling becomes a tree. This is annoying for map making when you want to create a decoration with sapling. This bug wasn't present in 1.17.1.
