      The Bug:

In first person, if a player were to cast a fishing rod and punch the air whilst this item is held in their hand, the fishing line would follow the hand animation, however, this isn't the case in third person.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Obtain a fishing rod and cast it.
      2. Switch into third person and punch the air constantly.
      3. Watch the fishing line closely as you do this.
      4. Take note as to whether or not fishing lines follow the movement of arms in third person.

      Observed Behavior:

Fishing lines don't follow the movement of arms in third person but do in first person.

      Expected Behavior:

Fishing lines would follow the movement of arms in third person, just like in first person.
