The Bug:

Players with operator permissions on servers can change the difficulty by using "/difficulty", however, they cannot do this through the "Online Options" menu which is rather strange.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Start a server, join it, and give yourself operator permissions.
• Navigate to the "Online Options" menu and attempt to change the difficulty of the server.
• Take note as to whether or not players with operator permissions on servers can change the difficulty via the "Online Options" menu.

Observed Behavior:

Server difficulty cannot be changed via the "Online Options" menu.

Expected Behavior:

Server difficulty would be able to be changed via the "Online Options" menu.
