I have a couple villagers and i was trying to get them to take a profession, but upon breaking the workstation and replacing it, the villager took up to 1 minute and 30 seconds to take the profession. Every time i broke the workstation the villager would face the back wall and refuse to take the job
There are no other workstations in the area and nothing around them to cause them to be confused. I experimented this multiple times to make sure it wasnt a mistake in the way i built my base.
