Book and Quill on Lectern

Steps to reproduce

1. Put down a Lectern.
2. Place a Book and Quill on the Lectern.
3. Right click the book.
4. Hold down Page Down.

Expected result

The pages start flipping rapidly after a short delay, similarly to how Page Down and Page Up keys work when a Book and Quill is held in hand.

Actual result

After step 4 only one page is turned.

Signed books

Steps to reproduce

1. Craft a signed Book.
2. Right click while the Book is in hand.
3. Hold down Page Down key.
4. Put down a Lectern.
5. Place the Book on the Lectern.
6. Right click the Book.
7. Hold down Page Down key.

Expected result

In steps 3 and 7: the pages start flipping rapidly after a short delay, similarly to how Page Down and Page Up keys work when a Book and Quill is held in hand.

Actual result

In steps 3 and 7: only one page is turned, which makes it hard to navigate longer books.
