Like in MC-170517 I experienced an end portal room that did not generate a silverfish spawner. However, this ist not reproduceable through the seed. Recreating the world from only the seed will end up a spawner being generated. It only works if I take a copy of my already generated world (that I played on for a while), deleting the said chunk via MCSelector and regenerating the chunk. I would like to attach a copy of the world but it exceeds the 10MB maximum size, so I included some screenshots of the procedure and a copy of the world with only the affected region r.-3.3.mca (entity, nether and end data have been deleted). It should be mentioned, that the world is a recreation (via using the Re-Create button after Minecraft 1.18 was released) of a world that was started in Minecraft version 1.13 and was updated and played through every version since. I hope the communicated information is enough to reproduce the issue. (Seed: -8603353692538052450; Coordinates are shown in the screenshots)
Edit: The Screenshot with the portal shows a lighting bug that is (as far as I believe) created by the affected chunk being freshly generated
Edit 2: Still occurs in unmodified / vanilla Minecraft 1.18.1
