hello

I have been speaking to many people from the Minecraft helpline and I have been passed around to so many people and nobody knows whats happening. 

I was last speaking to Francis S. on the minecraft helpline and he told me to come here and report a bug. he also said "ill also write one from my end for added volume of reports on this concern." so hopefully he did. 

I play every night on Minecraft java and had an over 2 year streak on Doni Bobes server. suddenly one day I got this message come up when I try and log onto it "Failed to log in: The authentication servers re cuttingly not reachable. please try again."

I have followed what the help line asked me to so which has been everything from change the internet connection to log off and on to delete the whole game and all its hidden folders and re download it.... I have done everything and it still says that message. I have logged in on my sister computer at her house and its fine. it doesn't work on my account at home that I have played on for over 8 years. 

my account was transferred to Microsoft okay and I was happily playing on there with no problems. I honestly have no idea what it is thats happening but I really want it sorted. I feel I have tried everything. 

I struggle so bad with depression and anxiety and finding me time this is all I get. its braking my routine and as silly as it sounds im not sleeping because im lost without following my daily steps. this is the only place I have friends and im feeling lonely please help me.

all my friends are online and playing and it wont let me on any servers not just that one that I also pay monthly for.

I play on an apple MacBook Pro
