After about a minute of use, the "zooming in" animation that the spyglass uses upon right-clicking replays.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a Spyglass
2. (optional) Increase the tick speed, for ease of testing:

   /tick rate 200
   

3. Continue to use the item

Expected Result:

The item would continue to be used as normal.

Observed Behavior:

The item will "kick the player out" of the item usage, replaying the player animation, sound, and overlay.
