The bug

Sometimes certain chunks will never load, no matter how long you wait for them to load. This does not seem to be a lag issue because the debug screen shows reasonable FPS and MSPT. Using F3+A or F3+T does not fix the issue. Closing and reopening the world does fix the issue. Anecdotally, this seems to be caused by loading in chunks quickly.

To reproduce

1. Give yourself an elytra and many firework rockets.
2. Fly in a straight line while spamming rockets.
3. Turn around and fly along the straight line again in the other direction while spamming rockets.

Original description

Hi! I just backed up and loaded on 1.18.1 Candidate 1. At first things were okay, though a bit lagging. I started to build and everything seemed fine. Then I went to the front of my base and saw this! I walked all the way up to the edge and it would not load up. I walked away, walked back up, and it still would not load. So left the game!! lol Kind of new still with MC and not sure what that was about!!
