When a world is closed and re-opened, brewing stands will lose all brewing progress and start again, also consuming extra blaze powder fuel to start again.
This only happens when the whole world is reloaded, if only the chunk the stand is in is unloaded the brewing stand simply pauses and resumes when chunk is loaded again.
Issue has existed for a long time and significantly hurts redstone automated brewing contraptions (close world while auto brewing = machine broken).
At minimum if issue isn't fixed, would be great if brewing stands consumed fuel when the potions are finished brewing rather than when they start brewing so that blaze fuel level isn't decreased when world is reloaded (also prevents you from losing fuel if you pull potions out before they are finished). I want to make an automated brewing station on a realm and this bug is making it more annoying.
