Some custom dimensions settings can cause the server to stop running, but not crash

      How to reproduce:

      1. Download the datapack and put it into a world or extract Test world.zip into the saves folder after downloading it
      2. Enter the world and execute the command: /execute in test: test run tp ~ 100 ~
      3. After loading for a period of time, TPS becomes 0 as in the mp4 file

      Although the bug appears in a fabric version, I believe it will also appear in the vanilla version
