Driver view angle resets when another player enters or exits boat.

When another player enters or exits the passenger seat, view of the driver gets reset (both 1st and 3rd person).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mount a boat and look away.
2. Another player enters passenger seat.
Your view gets reset relative to the boat position.
