I was looking at the new world generation in the release candidate for 1.18. During this i noticed multiple cases of windswept biomes being completly surrounded by snowy biomes, whereas the windswept biomes show no sign of snow. Might also be a result of micro biomes.

What I expected to happen was...:
Have the windswept biomes covered in snow as well.

What actually happened was...:
Snow around the biome, while the biome itself has no sign of snow. 

Steps to Reproduce:
for example in seed 5434072720632537218 visit the coordinates in the screenshot. Another case same seed coordinates 1750 / 473.
