Crash for blocks finding block states // Missing Palette entry for index 6

      I have crashed 3 times in a row, right after dying during a raid on an smp. It seems to be something with standing on a pressure plate next to a door right after dying before the raid bar, as well as other entities appear, though a couple of those details may be wrong.
