Got Minecraft again today and wanted to play it. I already had an account and wanted to download it. Unfortunately that didn't work, so I bought the game again and the download didn't work again. Here the following error message:
Minecraft Launcher is currently unavailable under your account. The error code is 0x803F8001 in case you need it.

I bought and downloaded it on minecraft.net
