Iron golem creation can only be spawned by villagers/commands and not by the player

      Placing a Carved Pumpkin/ Jack o'Lantern on 4 Iron Blocks doesn't summon an Iron Golem in survival or creative mode in 1.18 pre release 5. Iron Golems however can be summoned through commands or by villagers, but not by placing blocks. This does not affect Snow Golems
