Installation for minecraft java on minecraft.net does not work. Very Low fps on RTX 3060.

      I have bought Minecraft Java and i downloaded the installer. The installer is installing but it stays at 0% installed. I only can launch minecraft from microsoft store. 

      My new pc with a RTX 3060 is not working properly its stays on 20-5% of usege. Everything is properly set up for usege, in ather games its working good (100% usege).
