As of the 1.18 Pre-release 4, I cannot scroll with any of the normally-scrollable options in Video Settings. For instance, in the regular settings, I adjust the FOV settings by clicking the left-mouse button on the scroll bar and move it around until I reach my desired FOV setting. However, in Video Settings specifically, none of these options will allow me to do this (Fullscreen Resolution, Biome Blend, Render/Simulation Distances, Max Framerate, Brightness, etc.). When clicking, it jumps to where your mouse clicked and does not allow you to marginally adjust the settings by moving the mouse while holding down the left-mouse button.  This is the same case for Accessibility Settings and Chat Settings. Music & Sounds remains unaffected.
