Summary:
In the bedrock version, the light block is destroyed by the lava when the light block interferes with the flow of the lava. In the Java version, the light block just blocks lava. I believe that the bedrock version is more correct, since both the lava and the light block emit 15 levels of illumination, which means that the light block loses its purpose in the lava and only interferes with the flow of the lava by becoming noticeable.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place a lava source.
- Place a light block next to it.
Observed results:
Light block is not removed by lava.
Expected results:
The light block will be removed by the lava.
