In my environment, when I enter the world with 1.17.1, I definitely get a blue screen within a few tens of seconds to a few minutes.

The error message is as follows:
      "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (afd.sys)"

Since the first time I played 1.17 or later, this has occurred every time without exception.

The same problem does not occur in 1.16.x and earlier versions.

Also, normally my PC doesn't get BSoD.

Therefore, I' m convinced that this error is caused by minecraft 1.17.

Based on the content of the error and the conditions under which it occurs, the problem is likely to be similar to the one reported in MC-229294(1.17 Blue screens my PC).

MC-229294 is marked as "Invalid" because it appears to be an environment-dependent problem.
After asking for technical support, I was offered a number of solutions.
The following are the solutions I tried:

       - Update Windows 10 to the latest version

       - Clean install the graphics board driver

       - Clean install the network adapter (Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller) device driver

       - Check for motherboard BIOS updates

       - Uninstall Java & reinstall the latest version

       - Uninstall minecraft & delete the .minecraft folder & reinstall the latest version

       - Disable Windows Defender and Firewall

       - Update to new minecraft launcher

       - Logging out & logging back in from the minecraft launcher

       - Run Minecraft as an administrator

       - Change which javaw.exe to use (default / jre 1.8.0_311 / jdk-17.0.1 / jdk-18 early access 22)

I reported that they did not work, the support team recommended that I create a new report, so I posted this.

I have attached one of the Minidump.
I have already had BSoD more than 10 times, and the error log was similar each time.
