oh no something went wrong and we couldn't connect to the minecraft services

      Since minecraft was added to the pass game I have this problem, I've tried everything on this link - https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360034754052-Minecraft-Java-Edition-Multiplayer-Connection-Issues-#:~:text=Try%20disabling%20any%20existing%20firewall,and%20connection%20with%20our%20servers.

      I've tried deleting a .minecraft folder and nothing works, please help me
